The Integrator's
Execution Playbook
This is how our agency implements the Mobile Home Sales Accelerator system at mobile home dealerships. Every team member — strategists, media buyers, leadership — needs to know exactly what they own, when they execute, and what success looks like. This is the playbook that gets our entire team clear. No ambiguity. No guesswork. Follow the phases.

What We're Implementing
Our agency implements a 3-part sales acceleration system for mobile home dealerships. Every person on our team needs to understand these 3 steps and how their role plugs into each one. When we execute correctly, each dealership ends up with:
Quick Close Method
Ads running, AI responding, leads being worked within 5 minutes
First Choice Framework
Trust content collected and deployed as retargeting ads
Lead Revival System
Old CRM leads being reactivated through monthly campaigns
Execution Roadmap
This is how our team implements the system at every dealership. 9 phases, in order. Each phase shows who on our team owns what. No skipping. No shortcuts.

Get Dealership Leadership Aligned
Our first job with any new dealership is getting their ownership on board. If dealership leadership doesn't champion this publicly to their team, the team will treat it as optional and it will die. Our strategist owns this phase.
Execute These Tasks
Strategist: meet with dealership ownership/GM — walk through the full 3-step system (Quick Close, First Choice Framework, Lead Revival)
Strategist: show them the problem data — their average response time, dead leads in their CRM, trust gap with buyers
Strategist: get explicit commitment — 'This is now our operating standard, not optional'
Strategist: coach dealership leadership into the champion role — they announce this to their team, not us
Strategist: schedule the all-hands kickoff meeting at the dealership
Strategist + Media Buyers: collect all platform logins, CRM access, ad account access, and brand assets
Phase Complete When
Dealership leadership can explain the system. They're publicly committed. Our team has all access collected.
